Who can see what

• Find Work profiles are visible only to approved, registered removal businesses using Business Network, for genuine staffing requirements. Public customers and other individual members cannot search for or view worker profiles.
• Your contact telephone number is displayed on your profile to those approved businesses, as explained during registration. Your email address is kept private unless you choose to share it.
• Business accounts can search workers only after HelpMove UK has approved them. Every permission is checked on the server, not only hidden in the screens.
• Information is shown as declared by the member. It is not described as verified unless an appropriate check has actually been completed.

What we collect

Only the information needed to create an account and assess work suitability. We use your postcode for location and distance matching; we do not collect a full home address, date of birth, emergency contact details or health information in the standard registration.

Your controls

• Edit your profile and availability at any time.
• Pause your profile to hide it from business searches without deleting your account.
• Download a copy of your data from your profile page.
• Request account closure. Some information may need to be retained for legal, safety or legitimate business reasons.

Use of information by businesses

Worker profile information must only be used by approved removal businesses for genuine staffing enquiries. Businesses must not scrape, bulk-download, copy, sell, disclose or use profile information for unrelated marketing or other unauthorised purposes.
